Please do NOT accept damaged goods at the time of delivery! It is up to you, the customer, to assess the condition of your product BEFORE you accept it from the shipper. Items can be returned from the shipper under normal conditions as long as the consumer does NOT ACCEPT.

Local Customers

You may return your items within 30 days in their ‘Received’ condition for full refund with caveat:

*You the customer, have not broken the item after purchase

*Accidents happen. If you have damaged your piece Owling Dog Design will do everything in our power to help you get it back to the way it was when you purchase it! Sometimes it’s an easy, free fix. Other times we’ll have to charge for repairs, but we will do our best to try to make it manageable! Let’s talk!

After 30 Days (Local Customers Only)

For ‘most’ issues, depending on the cause, we will help you for no charge. We may have to charge for parts, materials, travel or other; but we will try our best to make you happy with your piece.
