Here is a 1920 c. sideboard that has been gently restored and refinished. It has two doors with appliques opening to a storage section uninhibited by other hardware. The hardware on the doors is original. The walnut top has been restored and is untinted, left its natural and beautiful color. The walnut is figured and lovely.
The mahogany door veneer is painted as are the sides. The sides are decorated by blended paints covered with white crystalline stenciling. The front is decorated with a blend; front legs are restored and naturally finished. The inside is natural and the finish enhanced with oils.
The back is left natural and the lettering of manufacture remains intact. There are no true manufacturer's details other than numbering. This is another truly unique refinish if you're seeking something unusual. It is black, grey, tan, cream and brown in color - don't imagine that grey is boring with this piece!
